Shipping & Returns

TIME TO SHIP:  Orders received by 3:00 EST typically ship same day (Monday through Friday).  In instances when inventory is not is stock, when handling special order requests, shipping by USPS, and when dealing with products destroyed by freezing temperatures, you may encounter a longer period of time before shipping.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS:  We currently deliver to addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, Military addresses and certain US Territories.  Sorry, we don't deliver to Canada.  However, if you can have your package shipped to a US address where you can handle having the delivery fowarded into Canada, we can make that happen!

METHOD:  Your order may ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx or Regional Carriers to ensure quick delivery to you.  Shipments to PO Boxes, Hawaii, and Alaska will ship via United States Postal Service.

PLEASE NOTE:  Certain items are prohibited by the United States Postal Service and are deliverable only by "Ground" services.  Orders containing these items cannot be sent to PO Boxes and are ineligible for delivery by expedited services.  If your order contains any of these items we will contact you if there are any difficulties.

NOTIFICATION:  If you supplied an email address while ordering, we will email your tracking number to you upon shipping your order.  If you didn't receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, make sure to check your spam filter settings to make sure email from us is not inadvertently being marked as spam.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:  If you require expedited shipping please call us to make arrangements or select one of the expedited services during checkout..

TRACKING:  You are welcome to check the status of your order through our site by logging in to your account, creating an account or using the tracking link within the email confirmation you received when your order ships.

RETURNS POLICY:  You may return most items within 360 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
