Shipping policy
TIME TO SHIP: Orders received by 1:00 EST typically ship same day (Monday through Friday). In instances when inventory is not is stock, when handling special order requests, shipping by USPS, and when dealing with products destroyed by freezing temperatures, you may encounter a longer period of time before shipping.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS: We currently deliver to addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, Military addresses and certain US Territories. We now deliver a select number of items to Canada as well.
METHOD: Your order may ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx or Regional Carriers to ensure quick delivery to you. Shipments to PO Boxes, and many international locations will ship via United States Postal Service.
PLEASE NOTE: Certain items are prohibited by the United States Postal Service and are deliverable only by "Ground" services. Orders containing these items cannot be sent to PO Boxes and are ineligible for delivery by expedited services. If your order contains any of these items we will contact you if there are any difficulties.
NOTIFICATION: If you supplied an email address and/or phone number while ordering, we will email your tracking number to you upon shipping your order. If you didn't receive a confirmation email upon placing your order, make sure to check your spam filter settings to make sure email from us is not inadvertently being marked as spam.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: To inquire about expedited shipping beyond options shown during check-out, please call us to make arrangements.
TRACKING: You are welcome to check the status of your order through our site by logging in to your account, creating an account using the email you placed the order with, or using the tracking link within the email confirmation you received when your order ships.
